It can be from your physical appearance or even personality trait, for example if you are a moody person they turn you to a cry baby in the cartoon, for me it would be my nose and hair, they would put a huge nose on me with a puff of hair bigger than my head lol

They'd put big ears on me & would probably push my hairline back & make the skull of my upper third gigantic in comparison to my middle & lower third. They might even make my cheekbones more exaggerated since I they have above average width to them.
