Yeah every time I see Brad or Amy I got t one. They say they can't be removed. I'm probing their defenses. So far freezes don't work. I did remove Bradley's one opinion suggesting someone off another human. Good catch there. So yeah I get that nervous tick when I see them post because they are real and can't understand the intricacies of human nature. Don't know what tf that thing on your arm is. Looks like a mole. Better to to the dermatologist on that one. Make sure it is benign.
Lol 😆 the bug!!!
True lol
@ _Maya I've just pulled them off with tweezers. Nothing bad ever happened from doing so.
@Bricealan yes, it is.
Because they are biologicaly engineered parasites , who knows what the scientists had mind when creating these agents? Take a lucky guess
Don't freeze
Hide in darkness during day
Disappear if caught in the palm of human subject
Etc etc the engineering is so advanced they should now be able to make ticks , bed bugs , lice, start talking too

Not me personally. But I did pull this juicy sucker off one of my school kids last year. It was stuck on his head and he kept saying his head was scratchy.
Well fed sucker
ffs... I just did shudder a bit just remembering it, lmao
once... during a soccer game, must have been around 10 years old
Yeah, when I was about 7. It was burned off with a ciggy.
A blow torch removes all trace of them.
Ouch! 🤣

Not until I visited my sister back East. Annoying little things. The cats bring them in on their fur and the tick drops off on the floor, bed, or you. I just pulled them off with tweezers. Never had any adverse reactions from doing so. They also have these teenie ones that look like a speck of sand. Those were the ones I got the most.
We got some teeny ones that look orange here… just a fact of life in the tropics
New and improved bodylice technology
Thank the private corporations for advancement in human and animal parasites
Maybe they are just orange seeds?
I think they’re also called redbugs
When I lived in rhode island as a semi small child there was one beach we'd go to with a high cliff entrance and lots of brush. First time there my sister and I had been wearing white pants. Walked through the brush and were covered in them. I remember my mum being horrified and brushing them off and checking us. Always sprayed us after that.
I always get em here in Florida when traveling through brush or high weeds. Just a fact of life
I bet. Do you use any defense?
Yes, I check myself when I get home and take a hot shower.
Bug sprays make me break out in hives and rashes… 🫤
I have always made my own home spray for myself and dogs. All natural.
You’re super cool 😎
I just deal with nature lol
So do I 😈
True 😆
What I need most is human repellent… those are more dangerous than the wilds
This is true also
The dogs occasionally pick them up but I've never had one. You can get tick removal tools/cards if they're a common problem.
Fun tip. If you see a blade of grass near a path bend over it often means a tick has felt the vibrations of an approaching animal and has climbed to the top.
Spent a week in the hospital with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever last year because of them. Found another one on me while I was there. Hate those little f'ers with a passion. Opossums are wonderful about thinning them out in nature, which is one of the reasons I am blessed to have so many opossums here, but I live in the woods and garden a lot, so I get about 4 or 5 a year.
Yes, well my cat did. We lived on a green belt which is owned by the government and preserved for wildlife; no hunting on the property.
We had white tale 🦌 deer in the backyard.
My cat would even bring them in my bed! I'd see them on the bathroom floor.
I'm damn lucky I didn't get bit by one and end up with Lime disease and in bed for two straight years on antibiotics.
No…
but my baby nephew did last summer when they house sit for us.
he was 1 and was in the garden. We have deers come around.
it was stuck in him for over 24 hours, my sister thought it was a scab … he didn’t show signs or fever.
what did u do with the tick?
I washed him down the drain
Yes, when I was a kid in the woods, laying down right on my head
They love hiding in hair
I just pull em out! Yikes! 😬 ouch
I’d get Leeches as a child… I just pulled them off too. 😆 but your supposed to use salt for them
The ones in Canada were hunormous 😳
Yes. Why ya gott show us the tick Charlie 😡
Cause you like my bugs! 😁
You luv em. ❤️
Yup. Had to do antibiotics, because it was the bullseye rash 👎
I’ve never had that and I’ve had thousands of em
That was the first and only one that I’m aware of and boom, got me on the first bite.
Bad luck girl! 😬
I know! I was mad as hell lol
Right 😆
So it was Lyme Disease?
@Daniela1982 I didn’t take any tests but the doc did a visual inspection and said it looked like a bite from a Lyme infected tick. I also didn’t find the tick but I was out playing in the woods earlier, so most likely it was.
Yeah with the tweezers! That’s so dangerous why would you do that
He chose me.
Tell him no.
I did, lol. He went swimming
Lol oh? good! I don’t know what that means!
Well I’m grossed out by them, especially when they’re fat! Full of blood!
Washed him down the drain. Lol
Crazy how fat they get! So bloated they can’t hardly move
Yeahs 😖
Fortunately I was a kid and barely remember it. Just remember my mom extracting it... yech
I did and I got Lyme disease that we caught early enough to cure
No, I don't even know what that is never seen it before.
Yes we have those little buggers around here too.
I've had several ticks on me. I even got lymes disease from one
Worse Bed bugs
And bodylice
Omg yeah true that
Only my dogs get them... often enough.
I guess, I'm not a tick-type.
I haven't myself, but I've had to pick them off of my dogs many times after training or hunting in teh field.
Yep, on me we-we as a lad.👽
One of my kids had one there lol
Found one on my sack once, after that I’ve decided to brutally kill any and every tick I see.
No, I've always used Insect Repellent.
Nah, haven't bagged a deer yet
Yeah
