I have a very vivid memory. It's not necessarily good and very selective but it's very vivid and plays out like a film in my head. I'm also often lost in my thoughts.
So one of the my habits that freaks out my friends and even wife until she got used to it is that I have a habit of bursting out loud laughing out of nowhere. It's because I remembered something funny like it's occurring right now.
But it always confuses people when I do that. Example:
Me: [burst out laughing walking on the sidewalk]. HAHAHAHAHA!
Friend: What's so funny?
Me: Whoops sorry, I remembered a funny scene from a comedy movie I watched.
Friend: Oh, did you watch a comedy film recently? Was it any good?
Me: Nah, I watched it like 14 years ago. It was pretty good though!
Friend: You're such a weirdo!

  @12karen I used to remember those too a lot and that was so awful. I'd actually have a physical reaction like, "WARGHHH!!" But I found I could make them start fading away by learning to laugh at myself like, "Oh, what an idiot I was! Silly dumbass!"
  
  Very important is "was" in that thought because now you're separating yourself now from the person you were before. Then it becomes something embarrassing for another person, not you.

  @12karen Cheers! Actually I find that among the most useful psychotherapeutic techniques. Each day you're reborn; each day is a new you. It's not to be taken literally but we don't have to look at ourselves as the sum of our past. We'll always keep some memories of it but it doesn't have to be who we are today.

I am the right height to conveniently pee in the bathroom sink. Why? Saves gallons of fresh water and those nearly invisible side sprays and splashes don't stink up the place. Yes, of course I thoroughly rinse the sink.

There's one that I do not like that I have: If I let myself look at my legs to see my hair growing again, then I'll want to take tweezers and start plucking all of the leg hairs out. Or at least the ones I can see. The pain stops me from doing it but sometimes I am tempted to.
