What are village - town and city?

We dont have town - city thing here.

We have villages, districts and provinces.

A Province has a provincial capital (that is city perhaps?) it has other districts and they have their district centers (that is town perhaps?), which are not villages regardless of the population and other parts of districts which are called villages if not urban, and they are much smallar populated then district centers of districts.

Districts have municipality. Villages don't.

A 29K small populated district has a 6K district center and other parts of it are villages in 3 digit numbers away from the district center.

That 6K District Center is officially not a village because it has its own mucipality and villages away from it are under the municipality of it.

Even 6K district center population may be too small, it cannot be called a village having its own municipality. And Villages are part of the district, just like the larger populated district center away from them.

My correction, the district population is 26K, not 29K
