and for the bulgarian citizenship, both my mom and dad's families came from bulgaria to turkey and i read online that bulgarian turks can get their citizenship. do you think that i can get one of these countries' citizenships?
learning the languages isn't a problem for me i pick up easily and im a fast learner.

This is stuff you can look up yourself.
I would contact the German and Bulgarian consulates in your country and ask. Give them the exact information you have and any proof. Don't give vague information like "dad's family". They need more specifics than that.
You will need proof. If you no longer have any proof, you will have to get it. It's probably a good idea to have proof of your ancestry anyway, so you can start that now, even if you are not eligible for citizenship by descent.
There may be a deadline. So you might have to apply before a certain age. So you should not delay.
Also, keep in mind that there are other ways to become a naturalized citizen which might be open to just about anyone.
I know I didn't answer your question directly. This is legal stuff. Even though I think I know part of the answer, you really need to contact the consulates or a lawyer who specializes in this. There are a lot of details that may not be obvious.
okay thank you
u can if u prove it in legal way
