This guy is a professional athlete and is pared down to nearly no body fat.
He spends HOURS in the gym eating a special diet. His diet and exercise routine are his $$$$$. So that's his top investment of time.
When you're in that high of a league, you don't have time anything else: like fun, travel or relaxing.
I think a fit man with good tone who has wiggle room in his diet and with his time is far more attractive. This guy looks like the dudes from "300." Too, too much.
I happen to find men who I am infatuated with - Have ideal bodies.
My ex had an ideal body,
He still does.
But I have a new ideal body image for a man.
This is the last man I liked a lot. We ended things yesterday.
He had an ideal body for me. Tanned skin and
Built like a bit lazy Joe Manganielo
I think for me ideal body type belongs to men I’ve really wanted.
Only 2 men in past 2 years.
I would say yes it´s an ideal. I would say a man should work out but I doubt that every guy can look like that due to genetical reasons and lifestyle choices. He looks like that because he spends a life in the gym and on the pitch something most guys wouldn´t want to. Therefore I wouldn´t call a body type to look for in dating but from a biological standpoint is an ideal body.
he's missing dermal fat, thats really unhealthy and looks kinda gross tbh., if he added a small amount of fat to fill in the muscular indentations, then yes that would be the healthy build option for us guys, but he took it too far. (At the very least the muscle size is proportionally healthy, unlike the weird mishapen hulk muscles on some body builders)
I just noticed the receding hairline after someone mentioned it, its in a normal position, but the corners give it away that it used to be right above the eyebrows.

not to me, overly muscled in my opinion
I find a body like what pic shows is more attractivee n ideal in my opinion
So, no noticeable wrinkles, medicated hairline, sub 10% body fat, and veneers. Its not an impossible ask, but to look the way he does, he would have had to start in his youth spending both time and money to maintain the look even today. I wonder if he would choose self preservation over sacrifice - if you and him were thrown into an extreme situation and dating/married.
Yes and no. There is no such thing as an ideal body in absolute terms. It might be ideal for some but not others. I personally wouldn't like to have a body like that. I think my own body is preferable in my own opinion. That's not to say I think I have an ideal body, but it's closer to my ideal bodt than his.
No. I mean, if someone wants to be a body builder or have that type of body, that's fine. But I'm not sure if every guy wants to have a body like his or not.
If you think that this is a "bodybuilder" type physique then you need a reality check
Usually when I see very muscular builds (lots of muscles & abs) I automatically think body builder.
@PBandJ_Nerd www.google.com/search That’s a more fit/ athletic physique. This is a bodybuilder physique
The more I see men praising this type of body (no, I'm not shaming it) and claiming it's useful for getting girls, the more I am convinced they do that for themselves and the other men, not for attracting the girls.
I've noticed that as well. I think a lot of what guys believe attracts women actually attracts other men. Like, I've seen a bunch of Man Advice Idol guys on YouTube saying "Get this hair-cut and dress like this, and buy this car to attract women,' and it's funny because they're listing all these things that men think women should be attracted to, but actually aren't really. They're giving men advice that will pretty much only attract constantly single middle-aged women.
@AmyHew1tt heh, watch them copy each other too.
You will want some "Dad Bod" later in life... because same as a Woman's body "changes" after pregnancy, same a Man's body changes with the years, so all this "muscle mass" won't last forever.🤷♂️
It's way too ripped for my tastes, and wouldn't be sustainable. Also, probably not comfy at all, lol
While most people would like it, I believe it’s somewhat of an unrealistic expectation, it’s gotta be difficult to keep that up 24/7.
No, it would be better if he put on a thin layer of fat over that.
What's wrong with it?
It's ugly and unnatural looking. You would understand that if you were actually a woman.
What makes you think I'm not a woman?
Mostly just the fact that you are a man.
Any evidence for that claim?
Yep.
most athletes have great bodies, it's kinda obvious...
Ronaldo is one the ultimate athletes in the world, but I don't particularly like the aesthetic of his body.
Only for those who want it in the present moment.
He is good looking and looks nice but that isn't my ideal type.
Yes, but most men, including Yours Truly, couldn't dream of such a physique, even with hours upon hours of gymwork.
I love CR7 BUT no
Did you know how much he spend on his body
This guy looks like he spends more time looking in the mirror than most women
Obviously. The man is one of the greatest athletes on earth.
It's not a bad one, but I prefer to have a bulkier physique.
Fuck no. That looks horrendous if you ask me
Heck no. He is way too gym-daddy for me.
