I think if you're physically intimidating, you risk getting used to people being scared of you and not telling you no, so you can get a bit entitled and inconsiderate. Just based on observation.

its a big mixture right? quite often in my experience, tall guys are generally lower maintenance, not always but more often than not.

I think there are some stereotypes that are true but then different countries the same is not true
