Usually nothing [20], or just underwear [18]. It has to be really cold in the winter to wear more than that to bed - and sometimes it is. In that case, it will usually be a T-shirt and sweat bottoms [1]. But most of the year is mild to hot in California, so clothes are stifling.

I'm a 1 guy, but I have done 20 as well when I have a partner who prefers that. I feel comfy in a T-shirt, pajama pants, and boxer shorts. But I'll forego that bit of extra comfort and protection if I have a reason to do so.
