Funny i never got addicted to alcohol or cigars or caffeine. I do however, have a weight and sugar problem. I have a huge addiction to sugar i can literally eat half a cake if someone gave me it. I did find exercise and and totally removing sugar out of my diet helps but once i start again it's hard to stop.
