I've been consistently complimented on the quality of my hugs, so I believe so. I've been told "You give the best hugs!" many times. I think anyone who wants to improve their hug game can do so by surrendering more of themselves to it. Avoid "A frame" hugging, except for with people you are keeping distant, like a professional relationship. Side hugs are also not intimate and lack genuine connection.
One "advanced move" is to give the person a little back rub, on the muscles up and down either side of the spine. This is an intimate move, so not recommended unless this is someone you are close to, or feel a strong connection with and the vibe is right.

Honestly I think I'm the best hugger in the world. But I can't be sure because I haven't experienced how it is to get hugged by me but in my mind I give the best hugs.

whether its a pet or a person, they would relax easily in my arms n if its cuddling then they would be in mood to fall asleep

Depends on the person I'm hugging and how close I am to them. In Sweden we don't have a good hugging culture.
