Without knowing why you're taking them, probably no good at all.
A lot of people are deficient in certain vitamins/minerals though, so with a simple blood test to find out which if any, then a regular boost of just what's lacking that can improve a person's wellbeing.

They provide healthy vitamins, but you also get vitamins in your healthy diet. So you should be fine eating just regular food and maybe taking specific vitamins you got a deficit.
They're not really good for anything. Unless you're actually vitamin deficient most of it just goes straight through you.
