Do germs or bacteria travel through breath?

I'm afraid you're a bit late to the party. Where have you been 4 years ago? Yes, droplet and aerosols are released while breathing, when you sneeze or talk, you just cannonball what you normally release while breathing at a much faster and farther distance!

Not droplets, that's already liquid and it's a solidated form and it's considered direct contact, I mean from just air

Well droplets get released immediately when a person breathes. Every time you breathe out of your nose or mouth, you don't breathe out just air. The water in your breath is what makes your glasses fog up when you are wearing a mask and why you can see your breath on a cold day. That water is respiratory droplets of different sizes that travel different distances in the air.
The particles can also linger in the air after a person has left the room – they can remain airborne for hours in some cases.

Some bacteria and germs are airborne... it's called aerosol transmission.

You can't have just air alone. The air we breath out always has moisture in it, and as this moisture is from our lungs it will always carry bacteria, viruses and fungi with it.
