Because I hurt myself by biting myself by mistake, therefore I get angry because that feeling is annoying.

It is a combination of both for me. When I hurt because I accidentally did something stupid, it also triggers my anger

Yes that does happen once in a while, I tend to bite the inside of my cheeks while chewing food. Happens once in a while.
