i heard this person in some video saying that dont collect seashells or any such thing that belongs to nature regardless its alive or not... why? because maybe it is helpful in some way to some creature... for example maybe some sea creatures can make those shells their home or shelter... so the message that was conveyed was just to let that thing be there in nature whatever or where ever it is

This is way too extreme!

A person thinking like this may be worried about every step. If you are so scared to disturb the planet, find a hidden place and wait for death, many animals will be very happy to find your body.

disagree we can find and take a pretty shell in colors or shape. later the birds will drop plenty more after they eat the animal in the shell.
