Are you a morning person or a late-night person?

I am normally a morning person, being I love the morning because it's so quiet where I am. I have my tea or coffee and look out at my backyard, which is full of vines/trees and a bird haven. So I'm entertained by the red cardinals, and the bluejays, my favorites. I just saw a hummingbird by a lavender pot I had yesterday, feasting on the flowers. I've seen 3 in my life--so amazing.

I get so tired at night that I have been going to bed around 10:30. Depends on what I do in the day. I have a lot of energy throughout the day but slow down in the late evenings.

Since college where it's impossible not to be a night owl, I've been a morning person. I have to be out by 3 or 4 every morning so I have no choice really.

Yes, school makes us all early birds, although all people have their own biological time rhythm, I hate that there is no individuality in the education system.

If we talk about productivity, then I am a morning person, if I get enough sleep, I am very productive in the morning, it seems to me that I can do everything in the morning. And even turn mountains. Haha

But to be honest, going to bed early is very boring, so now I'm on vacation and I go to bed very late because I text with friends, surf Instagram and Tik Tok, watch various videos on YouTube and movies on Netflix until late. So now I just can't get up in the morning and my day starts somewhere around noon))))

I sort of took the candle and torched both ends. I work day and evening if required, however I am very much a night owl and tend to go for 4-5 hours sleep then a 8 hour session. I have a 6am run, then like this morning it’s sleep for about 3am

I love late nights. It's colder at night.. I take a long shower, enjoy drying my hair without rushing, drinking a warm milk or tea while cozy on the bed.. more privacy. It's the best. 💕

I'm running strong between before noon and 2:00am. I am usually asleep by 2:30am and up around 10:30am. I'm definitely not a morning person. So I guess I'm a night owl.

Late night person for sure. I find it so damn hard to get up in the morning... like I want to just give up on life every damn time. In the night I'm bustling with energy. It's 3:18am and I'm still up

As for me I’m a night owl & the only thing I like about mornings is if I’m meeting someone for breakfast or getting ready to go to the beach.

Both. I spent years in the military, plus I work nights. So I may go to sleep around 2 am but wake up at 6 am.
