How much time does it take you to prep for your weekday morning?

I usually give myself an hour and a half and I usually take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Gives me enough of a buffer in case I miss anything. It's usually wake up, do some pushups, brush and floss teeth, coconut oil in hair and comb, shower, 2 cups of green tea, sunny side up egg with toast

I hear you. I try to prep everything the night before -- my bag and jacket and everything -- so it's easier to run out in the morning.

Depends on how bad my depression is that day. Normally I only need 15-30 minutes to shower, hygiene and get the fuck got gone!

If I'm really struggling, I'll stand in the shower for a very long time as I think about if life is even worth living that day, what mistakes I've made to get where I am, contemplate offing myself, realize God wouldn't want that and the risk of going to hell is too great, contemplating what I'd like to do to my boss, think about the fact I need money for food, then get my ass in gear and get moving.

Since I am retired no prepping necessary unless I am going somewhere.
When I did work it took about 1/2 hour including a quick shower and full on make up.

Hardest part is getting out of bed.




After that it’s brushing my teeth, shaving my facial hair (if needed), showering, packing my lunch and then heading out.

I usually just brush my teeth make a cup of coffee and then lounge around for an hour on my computer, put my clothes on 15 min's before I go to work then leave 10 minutes till I need to be at work.

Probably over an hour. Alarm off at 6am, then a run, back and shower n shave, then off to work. I car share with friends so some days are more compressed where I need to pick them up.

My routine takes me over an hour. I have to let my dog out, feed my 3 cats and my dog. Clean out the litter box. Shower and get dressed. Make my wife her breakfast and put her medication on her feet. Get her her pills and tea. Prepare her lunch and make my coffee for the day. Give my diabetic cat his insulin shot. Kiss my wife goodbye and say goodbye to my animals and head out to work
