It looks like corrosion to me. The brownish-yellow could easily be iron oxide (rust) and the green might be a algae biofilm or if the pipe fitting is copper or brass that has been painted it the brown might be copper II oxide and the green might be copper carbonate. I see a PVC fitting hooking into some other corroded fitting, but from an image I can't identify the material. You can get similar corrosive effects on brass fittings from hydrogen sulfide being devolved in water (stinky sulfur smell) which turns into sulfuric acid and gradually degrades the pipe's integrity over time.
It might be residue left from drying condensation from your air conditioner. unit
