Super Saiyan 2 and 4.
SSJ 2 felt like an even better and efficient super Saiyan form which SSJ 1 is already iconic enough.
SSJ 4 is very unique and very "sayian" which makes it interesting. Like a power they've had all along and related to Oozaru form that they once depend on but stopped after discovering Super Saiyan and after removing their tails. And it looks badass.
The transformations in Super are just really uncreative and just call it "Godly power" and just changing their hair color just for the sake of letting them reach a new level.
Also Cell's perfect form if that counts. A perfect cockroach!
