I think it would be very naive to think intelligence services did not recruit honeypot girls.

China is big on it. I forget which US academic it was but he described how he was engaged to give a lecture in China and a couple of girls came to his hotel room door. Just to make sure he was settling in and was "comfortable". He expressed surprise that a lowly academic qualified for honeypot.

Allegedly a US President's son (not Hunter) decided it was important not to be rude in similar circumstances.

A Chinese girl Fang Fang seems to have worked her way through multiple US politicians which included a couple of mid-western mayors according to Forbes.

It’s fairly common tbh, a lot of people want to compromise others, this can be for a multitude of reasons. Part of buddy watching is to make sure none of you are put in a compromising position, to look for potential signs. Example is when a really good looking girl flirts with one of your mates and it’s obvious there is something a bit sus with it.
