Mexico City, Panama City, San Jose, Managua, Havana, Nassau, Port-au-Prince, Santo Domingo, Brasilia, Lima, Bogota, Santiago, Quito, Oslo, Helsinki, Rome, Vienna, Riga, Prague, Cairo, Nairobi, Tokyo, Canberra, Hanoi?, Abu Dhabi.

That's like not even half I'm sure but I don't know most of the African ones and my head hurts already haha.

You can always count on the same guy below who does google searches on all these questions. That said, he actually did a terrible job on this search. He's got multiple capitals ending in S, thinks we are to believe he knows all these obscure ones but is missing really basic capitals like Rome,
Cairo and Prague, then includes some ending in Y but not an obvious one like Mexico City.

You need to be very careful about who you accuse of cheating. Doing that could have some serious consequences for you.

You are a lot like the right wing in this country in that anytime you don't win you accuse the other side of cheating. As I said before, you should be careful about doing this because it can backfire on you and in this particular instance it may do exactly that. Wait and see what happens.

I'm not doing that. Do you know how freakin' long that's gonna take? Especially since you didn't specify if it's only capitals of recognized sovereign countries, or ALL capitals. Also, some countries have more than one capital.

There's no way I'm going through 200+ capitals to see which ones end with vowels.

In my country: Canberra, state capitals Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide. Y can be a vowel especially if at the end so Sydney qualifies. 4 out of 6.
