What to do when I am angry?

(I am 'mad as a bag of Ferrets'; no cure for that lol)

Just leave me alone; it's nothing personal, I am having issues with myself. IF you do feel a need to talk, wait till I have calmed down a little and try to be as open-minded and supportive as you can be.

As I have said, when I am angry I generally have issues with myself... it'll pass.

IF I am angry with you... Don't treat me like a fool, don't lie to me, and don't try to deceive me.

I start absolutely roasting people. The words are harsh but I keep the subject matter light.

And if I’m too mad to do that I usually just leave the room, do some breathing exercises and try to find a better lens to view the situation through.

A lot of the time I find the anger comes from a place of not knowing what to do.

It depends. I'm very good at controlling my emotions (I was a poker player). But sometimes letting emotions out in certain situations can be beneficial. Make no mistake about it though, I'm still very much in control.
