When did you last attend a party and what were you celebrating?

My cousin spontaneously invited us to her house for a barbecue so our family went on short notice hours after the invitation to her home. Less than a week later we invited them over to our house when our originally invited guests cancelled on us 2 hours before the scheduled barbecue and we had already prepared our barbecue meals for the whole family that was coming over.

About a month ago. We attend parties regularly, but rarely we are celebrating anything. Nobody needs a reason to party.

Does club count? Otherwise was Christmas party I arranged for my weekend co-workers. As manager always arranges events we can't go to.

Got told off later as apparently manager felt I had arranged it "in competition " with her 🙄 .. only cos more people wanted to go my event. Cos you know... who wants to go party with the boss lol
