Have you ever had an exhausting dream?

I dreamt I was in a marathon and when I woke up I was so knackered I had to have a nap. Has this happened to you?

They all are.

No matter how they start or what it is about... it always end in the same: Failure. There is always something I cannot do (something as simple as putting clothes on for example).

I wake up distress and I panic (not much needed to get me to panic)

No lol I barely ever have dreams. I do wake up rarely when my mind sometimes suddenly thinks I forgot to do something or I'm late for something. But otherwise I just sleep peacefully and wake up slowly.

No, I have never had a dream that was physically exhausting, but I have had one that was psychologically draining, for example preparing a work project or writing a quiz at School (I have no idea why I AM still dreaming about School🫤).

I've had sleep paraylysis that is the most craziest thing I have ever went through. Your mind is awake and your body is asleep. You can think but can't move your body.. most craziest feeling.

Place items of significance upon it - a picture of Her, offerings, or symbols of your submission - to remind you constantly of your purpose and commitment.
