1 yAt 56 mpg HELL YES!! Hybrids are better than electric. Fuck the Space Nazi.
11 Reply- 1 y
Either hybrids or fuel-cell-powered cars. While I wouldn't really call that space explorer that You mentioned a Nazi, regarding fuel cells, he is the one who is a "fool". It's 30 minutes of charging at best for a range of 400 km at best. Hydrogen refuelling is supposed to be about 5 minutes at worst for a comparable range, and I doubt it's Toyota's last word on the matter. Especially regarding the range. They are also experimenting with powering their gasoline engines with hydrogen, one of the guinea pigs being the elderly AE86. While it's admittedly less effective, it apparently actually works.

1 yNo, not yet. The issue is I only had it for about 2 weeks. It was an urgent buy: my older car got "thrown out" of the underground parking at work for leaking too much oil. I tried to fix it, but the fix failed. Also the air-con failed, as well as the normal fan. I needed to borrow money for the bank to buy my current 2009 VW Toureg. However the mechanic I visit for a number of years wasn't very happy with me and the car. This car has an oil leak (from the DSG gearbox). The issue is that I don't have spare money to fix it.
10 Reply1.4K opinions shared on Other topic. No. It's a BWM 330i xDrive and it was my last BMW. I just wait until leasing is done and sell it. I had a 15 yo. honda civic 2 years before and nothing happened with this car, while 280k PLN BWM has own document folder with guaranty and service bills. German crap.

I mean... Japanese cars are immortal in general, at least as long as they don't rust away.
1 yYes, but actually no.
It's a family-owned sixth-generation Honda Civic. Mechanically speaking, it's in an almost pristine condition, but the nightmare of all Japanese cars from that period, the almighty rust, has already bitten her. Well... I guess I'm happy with her, but not with her bodywork condition. However, instead of leaving her, I'd like to take care for her.

1 yI've got a camry that I beat the ever living shit out of 😂. I treat it like a bumper car and it has no problems.
I used to have a convertible 1990 celica which I loved almost as much as breathing but a tree fell on it so now when I have important meetings I either need to act like the camry isn't mine and hide it or rent a car.
10 Reply 13K opinions shared on Other topic. Yes, i have had this for almost 5 years. I haul around a lot of stuff, tow a trailer, drive off road and never even think of not driving in the snow. It has plenty of power and had a very comfortable cabin. I could see driving across the country with it.
