What “common sense” advice isn’t actually all that common?

people who talk to police at a traffic stop. WTF? SAY NOTHING!

people who give ID to cops if they say "do you have I'd?" First, START FILMING! Then, say "YES I DO" and keep walking.
If they stop you the next question is "Am I being detained?" If yes the next question is "Do you have reasonable articulable suspicion I have committed, am commiting or am about to commit a crime?" If they say yes ask "please inform me of what crime and statute I've violated?" After that STFU. It's so simple but people don't know it exercise their rights.
