How tall are you and do you wish you were taller or shorter? Or do you like your height?

Question

I am a 6’4” young woman. Yes, women over six feet exist and I’m not transgender! I was a female at birth. Anyways I’ve always hated my height and wanted to be shorter. I was the tall and skinny girl growing up got bullied very bad. I remember some boys gave me fist fight and wanted to fight me. Most girls HATED me. I got kicked I was left out. I’m starting to embrace my height more bit to be honest, I’m still insecure about it. My boyfriend (who is 6’2) said I should embrace it and not be so embarrassed because people are just jealous and tall is sexy and loves my long legs. I still wish I was shorter like around 5’9 or 5’4. Gotta work with what I got as a 6’4” woman.

Anyway, I am about 6'3" and sure. Besides for being skinny with long legs, which gives me weird proportions, I'm happy with my height. However, I thought about it more in middle and high school. As an adult, no one gives a shit about it.

Your boyfriend is very right about the  mystical power of never-ending long legs (: Numerous reports of bullies, in so many countries, sadly. Though I strongly suspect the bullies to be bullied elsewhere, when no one is watching.  Which is sad on top of being sad . Anyways, congrats, you survived the bullies, things must be much better for you right now 🙏🏼

I'm 5' 10" and my husband is 6' 3" which means on special events/occasions I'm able to wear heels, but only for short periods as my poor feet protest something terrible.

Overall I'm pretty happy and contented with my height, not that there's anything I could do about it anyway.

i'm 5'8 (172-173cm) and i'm pretty happy with my height. it's on the taller side of things for girls but not by that much. though won't lie that some times i've wished i was slightly shorter like 5'6 or 5'7 (168-171cm)

I'm 5'11 & I wish I was just an inch taller because people tend to highly value the 6' & above range. Though I'm 6' to most people due to shoes, I just can't lie & say I am when I'm not.

I totally relate to how you feel that Is a natural feeling response to your different tallness.

I most annoyed that i don't fit "chair" height, and can't afford luxury of those fancy chairs that changed height!

Not about total height but annoyed by leg length.

School kids can be so mean. It's awesome that you have become comfortable with who you are and that you found a man who adores you. I'll bet you look fantastic. I'm 6'2". I'm totally fine with that.

I wanted to be 6'2" but I stopped at 6'. The truth is I am 5' 11 1/2" . I went out for the crew squad in college and I almost could not be on the team because you had to be a minimum 6 feet tall. I talked the coach into it.

Being so tall is hot. My mother was tall and she was in the Marines during WW2. There are pix of her in uniform. Very impressive.

I'm 5'10 and wouldn't want to be any taller. If I was any bigger I wouldn't be comfortable flying coach. I get a little extra space anyway because my wife is 4'9" and she's happy with her height
