Are you a fan of the Tesla Cybertruck? Is it aesthetically cool looking to you? Do you think it's worth the $79,990 US starting price?

When I'm on the millionaires side of town, I'm used to be stopped in my tracks in a good way seeing the high priced cars these people are able to afford. When I saw the Cybertruck for the first time, I was just in shock at how ugly it looked to me in person. It looked like something they sketched out for the original "Total Recall" movie.

I have a friend with one, he let me drive it and it handles WAY better than you would expect for it's huge size. I was anticipating it would feel like a boat, but it's more like a sports car, you can adjust how high or low the suspension is depending on driving conditions and terrain. I got it up to 100mph on the backroads and it was fast and smooth as butter.

Also, the road noise is nearly non-existent even when passing a semi, and it has 15ish surround sound speakers and 2 subwoofers. Being a tall guy, the front seats were very comfy, but the back seats I literally hit my head on the ceiling. It has a spacious trunk and frunk. It may not be the best vehicle on the road, but it's easy to understand the appeal.

I'm in the same boat as you. Obviously I don't think it's worth the cost—especially since that's just the basic version without most of the perks that were promised—but it looked cool in pictures. I could tell what they were going for.

Then I saw it in person and realized that design only looks good as miniature model like a hot wheels toy. As a real car, it just looks obnoxiously crude.

I saw this ugly alien car yesterday on the 405 freeway. It’s really so ugly. It looks alien like in a weird way. I don’t personally like it though I do want an a-line looking vehicle, just not this particular design. It’s so big and boxy

An ugly car is just an ugly car, but a REALLY ugly car is kind of beautiful, in a weird way.

If the Cybertruck was black, it would look like something Batman drives when he needs to pick up some stuff from Home Depot to remodel the Batcave.

I don't think I'd ever want to drive one, but I guess Cybertrucks are kinda cool.

It is a trash can on wheels. It's so poorly built. They say it has a towing capacity of 11000 lbs but if you try pulling another truck out of mud it will rip the hitch from the frame. There is a tiny cargo area that can't hold anything.
