It would mean I would lose my attraction and all my habits to it. I could have a PC in the room and use it without overusing it.
I'd be free of that pull, that inability to moderate and be engulfed into it so easily.
Other than gaming.. no regrets. I am who I am for my issues and how I've gone through them. Everything I've done god and bad, I can stand for it.10 Reply

Literally just see it again first time cause that was so “it all comes together” moment and yet so devastating and “cliff hanging” as well. Was a well done movie and of course after having seen all of them. It just made it more emotional as well. 👍
Great development and storytelling. 💯

Going to college. The whole experience. Meeting so many people a one time, being young and dumb, that sudden burst of freedom... all of it!

or high school if im going back in time BUT with the knowledge i got now. i'd put more effort in school bc it did interest me and try to get more experiences i missed out on
10 Reply I don't know cos if i changed things. Like.. I'd love to redo my 20's and be the sexy confident woman I am now back then. But then I wouldn't become the person I am so... ? I don't know. But I'm frustrated as I feel I am the best me I've ever been but not with the best (young) body that I didn't appreciate having when I had it! And I should have looked after it better!

On a rational level, you already spotted the contradiction here :D your identity can only be the result of your experience, not the contrary. On an emotional level, you want to believe that this contradiction does not exist
... Who will have the final word?😆 - 1 y
@Maybe_Maybe_not exactly. I know I can only live and enjoy my life as I am now and look after my body as it is now. And weirdly I'm not getting any complaints? I get more attention off guys over my bigger body now than I ever did my slim young one! Haha
- 1 y
Probably because body is not the prime factor here lol
- 1 y
@Maybe_Maybe_not yes I was very shy and no confidence. I think confidence adds to a person's attractiveness a great deal. As well as being open, fun, friendly.
Intelligence too of course... although... most guys only think sex so not many get to see the much much deeper sides to me. Which is what sucks in the dating world. Everything is so visual. - 1 y
Spectating confidence is pleasant, for those being confident. Else it's probably intimidating lol. Dating is mostly visual, but dating is biased anyway right at the start, because of the concept itself. Meeting people is way less biased, we did this for thousand years, and I think it's a more pleasant approach to dating ;)
- 1 y
@Maybe_Maybe_not haha oh oh tell me about it. I've been going out more socially to try just be in right place right time to maybe meet someone. But that too is intimidating apparently! One guy online said I seemed "too desperate" and "dating on an industrial scale" because I'm on the apps plus going out to meet up groups. I tried explaining meet up groups are not dating. It's social events. In fact half the people there are already in relationships.
But anyways... it sucks. In person people see me as nice and friendly and intelligent. Lots of people seem to like me a lot. Hell even in club this weekend this lady came over saying heyyy we met a few weeks ago. I been telling my friends about you, this nice lady I met! So glad to see you again.
So that was really nice compliment.
But I don't get to meet a guy I'm interested in. And ones who like me, I'm not interested in. Oooh which reminds me of a question I was going to post here! Thanks lol - 1 y
By meeting people, I was also including online communities ! Well, if you don't meet the guy then maybe it's not a matter of events quantity but events quality, as in selecting the events, the places, the topics. But that's easy to say, I know haha

@Maybe_Maybe_not I've been to a 80's night disco. A pizza event. A hip hop dance. And a social get together. In the last 2 months? So lol it's not that much really. Before that I joined a weekly class on social psychology. That flopped. And did 8 weeks of a meditation class. Can't say I'm not trying lol.
Online community is great. I've made so many fabulous connections here. But mostly everyone here is American. Which is great. But chance of relationship developing in real life is pretty non-existent. And I am finding myself too mentally stretched between maintaining so many friendships from here but outside of here. So I am having to choose quality over quantity. - 1 y
yeah I know really, why everyone here is American, tell me about it :D
Its a shame but well, I don't know, maybe this site targeted a US userbase right at the start, I don't know the marketing involved here - 1 y
@Maybe_Maybe_not well I guess your not American 😄 I feel like you are English? (I'm ignoring location on your profile as a red herring).
I do love this forum. I haven't been an active member on forums for a long time. The last was during my weight loss journey and before that regarding parenting. As you can imagine about me i am not the most conventional person so I always struggle to find people on my wavelength in my small corner of the world.
With weight - I disliked vegetables most of my life. I do love all the bad foods. So I always had a problem with the whole eat salads thing. I've grown a lot since then and learned to like more than I did. But I still wouldn't say I eat fruit or veg with enjoyment. I did lose 6 stone in one year whilst still eating foods I liked and tons of exercise. And at same time taught myself coding and created a website entitled "Eat chocolate-Lose weight" from scratch. I was pretty proud.
I've since discovered the beauty of sexercise and the love hormones can greatly reduce weight with barely any effort at all 😝 or rather... enjoyable effort.
And when I was on parenting forums it was because I was an advocate of attachment-parenting. I breastfed my babies upto age 3. (Their choice when to stop) and co-slept. All things frowned upon in general.
And sorry my response divulged into many (hopefully interesting) snippets of my life. Just another demonstration of the multifaceted sides to me and not just sex at all like people here probably presume 😂 - 1 y
Yes, you feel like I'm English, because you didn't hear my accent 😆 Else, you would have guessed pretty clearly where I'm from 🤣 But now that I gave out enough hints, I'm curious, why do you see a red herring and why would I do that, according to you?
I did saw several facets earlier already, I have spotted you early on when I landed here, I saw the consideration you put into thinking through, plus some kind and sane responses that hinted me at your personality. It didn't escape me :) - 1 y
*did see several
- 1 y
@Maybe_Maybe_not your very wise. And haha I say red herring because I think first time we may have crossed paths.. or early on... was when I posted about worrying my username was too connected to my snap and you said you put careful consideration into making your username didn't connect you anywhere. So it wd make sense your location information would be likewise.
And thank you for noticing me! 🥰 - 1 y
Ohhhh yeah okay, I get your reasoning, yes, the location is valid lol, fact the only thing really invalid I carry here is my username haha
- 1 y
@Maybe_Maybe_not ohhhh so are you French by birth? Just interesting as my fave character (gambit) speaks mostly French so it kinda turns me on lol
- 1 y
Born here indeed, and relax with the turning on lol, I'm not available for renting 😆
