It is so hot here, my hair is melting. What is it with these heat waves here in August/September?

It has been a warm summer here in California. We had some spells as hot as 114 degrees. It is currently in the high 90s and lower triple digits. 🥵
But at least it isn't humid. I'm not used to humidity and find it unbearable.

this year in particular... for Southern Texas

the HOTTEST started early, as early as March/April, and it went all the way through August

September so far, has been rather tame and cooler as well, which is a good great thing, if you ask me, lol

The Mediterranean climate is extremely humid and it is good that we have now entered September. I can't say it's too hot to bear anymore..

Not so much today. We have 2 seasons: winter and road construction. Road construction is currently wrapping up.

Oh, I totally get you! Orlando can be ridiculously hot during August and September, right? The humidity makes it even worse. I often joke that the weather is trying to turn us into human puddles. 🥵 I usually tackle the heat with updos and lots of iced drinks. How are you coping with the heat wave?

No. It was kinda chilly today and for the next 3 or 4 days@! so much for global warming! Lol!! According to the Almanac, we're supposed to get a pretty cold winter! Even Texas is gonna get hit, again!!

lately it's been around 16 to 22°C most days (50-70s farenheit), so it's pretty alright
