I apparently smile too much lol. I also nod my head slightly too. Also hard maintaining eye contact only because my eyes are darting around looking at different things. I have trouble staying on topic sometimes, trouble focusing. I bite my bottom lip and smile at the same time sometimes talking with people and I apparently look goofy as shit doing it but I don't even realize I'm doing it.

The big one that I never noticed but those really close to me have pointed out is that allegedly after I finish a sentence I'll sometimes keep moving my lips like I'm saying something under my breath. Googling it says I have Palilalia and have had parkinson's since I was a kid or I'm dying of cancer, or I'm a genius. So whichever.

Years ago I made it a habit that now comes natural. I actually look people in the eyes when I talk to them. It makes some people nervous I think because they will look away while I am talking. Maybe I should look at their breast…. lol.
