I’ve been sleeping naked for the last 15 years. I started when I was 12 and I’m now 27. And I feel like when you’re a girl there’s so many benefits to sleeping in the nude. Your boobs get to relax after wearing a bra all day. You sleep easier in summer. I live in Queensland, Australia and it gets notoriously hot here. And finally your vagina gets to breathe after being trapped under your pants and your underwear all day long. I don’t sleep naked if I’m on my period or sleeping in someone else’s house because I wouldn’t want my vaginal bacteria all over their sheets. But as soon as I’m asleep in the privacy of my own home I take everything off. My shirt, my pants, my bra and my underwear. So I can give my vagina it’s much needed breath of fresh air after it’s been trapped under my clothes all day. I also allow my boobs to relax before I have to hide them away again. So do any of you guys sleep in the nude

I have to wear my night gown or fully dressed clothing at all times because my dad is home every single day unless he is on vacation or on a business trip. I also have the rare occasion where I have bladder issues and cannot run to the washroom in time or I run to the washroom and it is occupied and I can't use it right away so I use other things as a back up security lock in case that happens. We have more than one washroom but some are broken and I am not allowed to use half the washrooms at night because they are connected to people's bed rooms and using them will wake them up from their sleep.

Not usually, I live in shared accommodations lol. But I sleep in a pair of shorts or boxers and a tank top. In the summer I may consider sleeping nude but in the winter when it gets to -40 I’m gonna be covered up. We’re just getting into fall so nights are about 0 and mornings are around 8. It’s the perfect time to freeze the room and snuggle under the duvet
