Ya that would be a good price. We have a crisis just as worst where many are making 3000-4000 a month and rent for 1 bedroom is 1500 and 2 bedroom is close to 2000. At least you would have enough money left over to bills and food
2000 leftover is pretty darn good. im a minimalist anyway
As for making or taking home 4800 a month isn’t too bad & if there is a housing crisis where you live easily you can afford an apartment with a monthly fee of 1500.
yeah but its just people kind of dont do that over here despite the crisis. i can afford it so im like why not? id probably just squander this money on some dumb shit anyway
Saving is the way to go & instead of blowing your money on dumb shit start saving towards your future. What is your current living situation? Are you renting or living at home? Do you live close to work?
The main point I'm making is that I can definitely afford it, but my concern is that people generally don’t do that. The average income in my area is around 3,300. But then, just like you said, it could be money saved.
People over here would be quicker to share apartments rather than shell out 1,5k for it.
Personally I like comfort and these apartments is something I can get easily. The affordable ones is 500 people for 1 place.
The saying if it’s not broken don’t fix it would apply if your current living situation is a good living situation but on the flip side if your current living situation is good renting the apartment would be the right way to go. Is there anything wrong with where you live now?
I am staying by a friend lol
As of right now at least you have a roof over your head & staying with a friend or roommate allows you to save money too. In your case would you rather save more money having a roommate or save less money living on your own?
I probably prioritize comfort, freedom etc
Freedom is what it’s all about & as for freedom it isn’t free & as for your freedom it will cost 1500 a month & you will love it. I live on my own as well & I live alone too. I live by my own rules, I do whatever ever I want & I don’t have to answer to anyone.
yeah... i am a really independent person
I’m an independent person too & as for you go get your independence, go get your own place & I wish you the best of luck in life & so much more.
Is that a monthly or weekly?
You & I were thinking alike on this one.
