Not forex trading. You are paying commissions on the trades and trying to beat the other players in the market who knows a lot more about currency values than you do. Same with crypto trading, although if you are on average long in an appreciating asset you will make money. Over the long run at your age probably the best thing you can do is just hold an S&P 500 index fund. Frequent trading is just a gamble.
