I miss the old days when I would send out 50 cards and get a lot in return.

Trending & News I usually do , but now that the prices of stamps increased , I donβt think I am going to send them out this year unless I want to put a dent in my wallet just to send out Christmas cards , Sadly the way this society is today , barely anyone sends out Christmas cards anymore , Back in the day , when it was cheaper to do so , I would send out a ton , and get a ton in return , itβs sadly not like that anymore , people just send internet messages instead , so just save your money , the price of Stamps now is ridiculous
@Finchie40
Too late - I already bought beautiful Christmas Stamps for my cards.
I am old fashioned and still love sending them out.
Years ago, in fact in just 2016 I sent out a lot of them and I received a lot of them.
But the internet even changed Christmas π
Yea unfortunately it did in so many ways , but thatβs awesome that you are still keeping your to old tradition, I still send out Christmas cards , just not as many as I use to , I only send them to close family and friends , Iβm lucky if I get 2 or 3 in return , all the others come through text messaging or through the internet.
I do every year
Most send cards online. The price of a stamp is 73 cents. It's just cheaper to call someone and wish them a Merry Christmas.

I said in my question "real' Christmas cards because I believe getting and sending them on line just isn't as meaningful as receiving one in the mail. Call me old fashioned, but I still love to send them to people who I want to know that I am wishing them a Merry Christmas in my own writing, kinda a personal touch.
Yes, stamps are getting expensive, but I bought 20 of them (one book) for my cards. They are really cool - they each have a snow globe with something about Christmas in them.
I used to collect stamps when I was around 11 and 12 years old.
Then I started junior high school and discovered boys π and my stamp collecting days were over π
I usually send out some to family and a few friends

I will send a few, but nowhere near as many as I did many years ago.
@AviatorTom
YAY!!! π
I've never sent them before... I actually don't even send letters at all, lmao
No, we got away from it a few years ago. My wife still buys the Christmas cards made by handicapped kids but we dont send them out,
I have a stack of them but have no one to send them to. I'll probably just give them to my neighbor to use.
I haven't sent out cards in years now. This Christmas won't be any different.
My mother will.
