Honestly? Food, water, and sleep. Eating food and being hydrated are two of the biggest life's pleasures in my opinion, and sleeping and resting also feels so good.
Dreaming itself can be rather hit or miss, but it feels nice to be transported into another world for about 8 hours, whether it's a pleasant dream or not. A pleasant dream is a nice experience. A bad dream shows that life could be much worse, so it makes me more grateful for real life.
But yeah. Waking up after being well rested is also great. The times I weren't sleeping were some of the worst in my life and I felt like shit constantly. Middle school and high school was when I had the worst sleep so far.
Also feeling hungry and feeling thirsty are pretty physically painful feelings, so it feels good to have them satiated. Yeah.
TL;DR Food, water, and sleep, basically.
