Information. Specifically I research pretty much everything (last night it was about lasers and nuclear poisons, the week before that it was super steel alloy (recently perfected. Has the strength to weight ratio of titanium but 10x cheaper) and thermal plastic polyuerethanes. Prior to that it was Sikhism and gnosticism, etc. etc.)). So that would be the thing I cannot live without, it can be in book form or from the internet but I need to constantly be researching or I honestly don't know what I would do with myself.

I would imagine everything is extra aside from food and shelter but if you mean to be happy and satisfied - it would probably be my lap top - I use my cell phone mainly for work and not for pleasure so its not something that would detract from my happiness if I lost it.
