Ha I think you still "won" tho I guess depends on context.

Most often I only try to lose if I'm playing a game with my youngest and she's going to sulk if I win too much. Therefore if I win, unintentionally, I still won.

However, if there's a competition at work and the winner gets a prize that you really don't want to do... say having tea out with the boss you hate lol... but for sake of hiding that you "play" the game. Well... if you win and you didn't want to then yeah haha you kinda lost lol.
