We're living in tough times. With not the best guidance. The media and economic and political madness we're in drive us towards certain emotions.
I have to say, I'm pretty decent at controlling my emotions of late though. I don't get angry frequently.

But its mostly towards this backwards retarded world we live in that enslaves all of us to work these stupid meaningless fucking jobs just so some fucking rich parasite asshole can get another million dollars and have total power and control over all of us! Fuck Capitalism!! And their horde of brainwashed bootlickers that defend this corrupt inhumane system! that being said i try to nice to most people because they are in the same position and suffering as i am.

Technically? I don't ever have explosive anger, but I get extremely defensive if I think someone is coming at me the wrong way. I also pick the nuclear option every time once people cross certain lines

I have ADHD, I have frustration issues. Usually when I get mad, I'm mad at whatever is causing me the most frustration. Usually that is some of strange things and strange things I have had to do online. lol
