I think they have a few horse barns nearby me. I wonder if they ever would look for volunteers? I've always been down to volunteer at an animal shelter, but one I'm allergic to dogs and pretty sure I wouldn't be able to breath even with my inhaler and two it makes me sad when I see all those dogs in kennels. I'm 35 it's time to make some new friends, meet a girl etc. I don't really like going out to clubs and bars. To me, horses seem pretty neat and I won't care if they're in a horse stall because I know how people are with horses. It's like endless care for those animals, now with that being said I don't know shit about them lol, but I want to try something new and build up a social life because i'm bored as can be these days. Do you think they would hire volunteers? I'm not looking to get paid.

If you have experience with animals, then you may possibly be able to get a job volunteering with horses. However, if you are allergic to hair or dust, then a job with horses is by far worse than with dogs or cats.
The reason is that the volunteering job will include cleaning and brushing the horses. When those animals roll in the mud or dust, you will have particles of dust and hair that will be set free in a much larger amount than what you would get with dogs and cats.
Check with your lung specialist if this combination of dust and hair would affect your lungs. Good luck with your volunteering job.
I would be fine, it wasn't under control back then like it is now.
They're going to expect me to have experience? I mean you can't have your cake and eat it.
It would be nice if you did but they may must train you on the job. In one day you should have things under control, mainly the safety issues.
I spent a summer working at a horse farm it's good fun. I started hooking up with the stables owners son. He had a weird kink involving horses. He liked yo watch me jerk off the male stallions.
