No it's barley noticeable. It's only be an hour each one so if your going from one to another it's just one hour behind or forward. And tbh I didn't even think about as I went from Central to Mountain since I went from IL to CO for a Red rocks event. Also America is really big, I don't imagine a lot of average folk are going from state to state every day you got to think from one end of a state to another it can be several hours. Nvm state to state or state to the other time zone. IL to CO is 16hrs to go there so in total 32Hrs there and back. In this case the least of your issue is time zone lol. So unless you border it I don't think you'll ever notice and if you do border it you would be used to it.
