How do you find the time changes if there are any in your country?

The clocks went 1 hour ahead in the UK

I think it’s rather silly. Especially when I’m in Canada because it’ll get stupid dark at 4 in the winter instead of the usual 5-6 PM. It’s just a trigger for seasonal depression

I set my clocks by the sun, and then ask other people what time it is- if their answer is incorrect, they changed the time.

Yeah, but it was on experimental basis, it could not work.

Definitely as our minds were not used to it, hence change rejected.
