Somehow, I cannot make out what that contraption is. Is it a gynecologist chair? The leg rests don't seem to be position correctly and why is there a hole in the head support? That looks rather uncomfortable to undergo a gynecologist procedure.

This all makes no sense to me and I don't think I would want to have a check done being strapped onto that uncomfortable looking chair. Holding your legs down while lying on your back is certainly not comfortable and may cause a back pain after a while.

The back needs the be to more rounded or it'll dig into you and that flat top isn't very ergonomic is it. Does the head loop adjust to prevent neck ache. Those leather straps would be better replaced with soft velcro ones too.
