When you order merchandise online do you ever get double and/or triple shipments of the same thing?

No but Microsoft is billing me three times per month for Office 365 for it being installed on one computer with one user. I've spent hours communicating with them about nut there billing dept. Won't do anything about it, they just pass it on to security.

I guess I would tell them I didn’t order this and they need to take it back and refund my money but I heard that they say keep it sometimes if it’s not worth shipping back
