I can prescribe class 3. Those are like Tramadol, ultracet... they have lower chance of abuse and don't quite pack a high like class 2.

Sure, when in doubt, just google possible interactions and new off label treatments lol but Google really can't keep up with changes. Doctors get updated info all the time on interactions that are new or no longer exist. They're nice enough to give their assistants the info also.

So how do you get all your new info? You just wait for your coworkers to gossip about the new changes or is there some sort of site or person that has a form of legitacy that gives you the new stuff?

The FDA will notify doctors and pharmacist's of any new approved medications, recalls or any updates on drug interactions, then they'll pass it on to the staff.

I had a job earlier this year and has to get like 16 licenses and I have a drivers license too.
It was dirty working with elderly folks. License for if they fall I'm certified to do yhe right thing. If this happens ir that. Very particular. It was for their welfare but licensed to protect the company.
