  priorities... I am easily distracted and amused, and do tend to to multitask like a maniac if, I let it happen
  
  so, I set up ONE top priority, and a timeline... everything else is secondary and following
  
  and fidgeting... lmao
  
  instead of going away to do something else, I do fidget to stay focused on the task at point while still "multitasking on the side"
  
  also, the first thing you should do is... to recognize what's preventing you from not being able to manage your time more efficiently... lol

  One thing I do to stay focused is to define the simplest increment that shall be done, and forget about anything that goes after that.
