Do you use any apps or writing an agenda, or just your mind? How do you manage your time?

Right now, I am working on getting rid of tons of stuff. I am really close to my goal, but I won't be finished until fall. The more stuff I get rid of, the less time I need to spend rearranging it, maintaining it, trying to find it, cleaning it, moving it, etc. Lots of possessions is a time thief in two ways: the time we spend earning the money to acquire the stuff, and then the time we spend managing the stuff.
In general, though, I make plans that have phases, so that my goals are manageable and more balanced. I keep it in my head, but I write the concrete parts on a wall calendar. For example, I might know that I plan to have the house exterior painted in the spring, but I only write it down when I've contacted the painter and scheduled it. I also try to have work, rest, play patterns throughout the day or week, but sometimes it's hard to stop working and rest because I want to keep going.

^relatable, self induced burnout from determination is my bane.
Also If you are getting rid of stuff, can I have an unused arc reactor and an older build of jarvis?
(Gotta build that ultimate arcade that runs forever on no electric bill you know 😂).
@TheSpaceGnome Yes! Exactly.
In his will, Tony left all that stuff to Peter Parker, so you'll have to see if you can get in touch with him. : ) I might have some blueprints somewhere; no promises, though.
Well balls, solar itiz then.
I view myself as an information sifter so I am always coming up with a question I do not know the answer to and then manning my resources til I get an answer to the query that satisfies me. Then I move on to the next question, and this is what I do all day. Sometimes I also celebrate or assess an answer; but it’s 99% exploration and 1% assessment.
I have a daily routine where I have a mix of concentration and fun time. I've figured out for myself when I'm most productive so I work the most in those times and I rest in other moments.
I work app blockers that don't allow me to use certain apps in different time zones over the day and therefore I don't get notifications of those apps then.
I use the calendar and clock apps on my phone with reminders & alarms.

My plans are mostly in my mind but my phone app has reminders that are there, mostly as a checklist of tasks accomplished.
I AM the manager...
I have a notebook to keep track of appointments then go from there...
Wow, I hope people don't need an app for that these days.
I don't, I just do things until they are done, I don't micromanage a schedule.
I follow a strict routine to ensure I get everything done.
Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day...
I wright things down on a calendar for the most part.
Yellow legal pad.
