Last Feb.27 here in Windsor, it was 22 Celsius (72 Fahrenheit), our warmest-ever February day. People were wearing shots and muscle/T-shirts rather than heavy coats and boots as is the late February Windsor norm.

Actually, midtown/Times Square is the area to stay faaaar from on any day of the year. It is actually disgusting. We just had a nice time hopping between cafes and restaurants. We don't drink, so bars are off limits anyway.
