What's the most unprofessional you've ever seen a teacher (or any other school staff really) act like?

TL;DR At the bottom.

For me, it was this bus driver when I was back in middle school. I think it was either the 7th or 8th grade, so I would've been 13 or 14 back then. But anyway, as people are walking into the bus and taking their seats before he drives us home, for some reason he gets into an argument with this girl, and I couldn't really hear the full argument, but all of a sudden he loudly says in a shocked tone, phrased as a question: "You are TAN?" Putting a lot of emphasis on the word "tan." Then she says something back which I didn't quite hear, and he replies: "You are not White, you are TAN!" And after that I think the argument just fizzled out and he started driving, but it was pretty ridiculous and I couldn't believe what I just heard.

Like first of all, as a school staff who would theoretically be on a similar level of authority as a school teacher, why the HELL is he bringing up skin color or race? Just fucking why. What else can be said? And he wasn't joking either because he sounded genuinely both shocked and mad. I don't exactly know what the girl said to him, but it surely didn't warrant any skin color or race comments no matter what she said. Like holy shit. If anything I'm surprised it didn't become a bigger thing with the girl's parents complaining to the school about him or something.

TL;DR Basically this bus driver from back in middle school made it a point to randomly mention a certain girl's skin color and race while he was arguing with her.

It had to have been my 8th grade Spanish teacher. She flipped out one day when someone was getting rowdy and she started shoving empty desks everywhere and yelling. She either quit or was let go because we had a substitute teacher the rest of the year.

Runner up was a criminal justice (and former police officer) teacher in high school who would perv on the girls in that class. He would stand over girls specifically to look down their shirts and for one particular girl he would sit in front of her in the class (half the desks were on one side of the room facing the other half of the desks) so he could look up her skirt. You could tell cause he would sit really slouched in the chair and always in front of this girl.

The teachers that tried to get sexual with me when I didn't like it, or the teachers that got all pervy because what they heard I was doing with Black boys my senior year. I'll except this one teacher that let us go talk in the shop instead of working out in gym class. He kinda knew but didn't get in the way.

The only thing I can think of is a certain male teacher who would pick his nose while lecturing to the class. It was a small school so we had him as our main reacher for 4 straight years.

Back in grade school I had a teacher who was a pedophile. Mostly he liked young boys. Although he also went after the odd young girl.
