My very first question. have you ever had an interaction with a complete stranger, that you probably won't ever forget?

For me, it was when I was about 15. A friend and I were at a shopping mall and took a break in a lounge area and started to listen to music, then a young couple sat next to us. We were listening to Jason Mraz (we had just seen him in concert) and this couple were listening to him with us and talking about how they saw him in concert too and really like his music. This went on for about 15 minutes and when they were getting up to leave, the guy said, "Thanks for keeping us entertained and I promise, you won't ever forget this moment"... we all laughed but he was right! Every time I hear a Mraz song, I think of that moment 😂 Do you have a similar story?

well, yes... my ex-girlfriend, lol

and I say this, because with other previous girlfriends, either they were friends to me first... or I knew them somewhat before we went into the dating thing situation

however, with my last (ex) girlfriend went differently, the very first time we met and interacted we were complete and absolute strangers, never seen each other so we had no idea about the other at all... in fact she was fairly new in town as well

and yet, that very first moment and interaction was very natural and genuine, as if we had known each other for while but we didn't, and so... we were indeed strangers to one another for about six hours that night...

the thing I would never forget is just how quick or rather instantly, we were drawn into each other and just could not stay away from each other for days following... lol

That's a good one! I guess I didn't think about the first time I met my boyfriend, because he isn't a "stranger" anymore lol but yeah, when we first met, we were total strangers and he did leave a lasting impression but like you say, only for a few days, until he finally called me! I'm talking about years later. A stranger that helped you fix your bike tire or a stranger that gave you candy from his full sized van lol

@Simslover92 it did work out very well for some years... it's just that, we didn't exactly have the same plans for the future, so it was of mutual decision to eventually go different ways, absolute no regrets though... nothing to feel sorry about, lol

back in the days when I was I think 12 years old, back in middle-school... this ride at the local fair, everyone was lined up for... it was my turn to pick a seat on the ride, so the guy in charge told me to go with this girl... an older girl, maybe 16 or 18, no idea but she was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous

grey blue yes or something, maybe green & hazel? no idea but I was completely mesmerized and lost into her eyes, and she was asking me stuff, I think I nodded or something or maybe I was just looking at her like a dumbass, lol

but yeah, I can clearly still see those gorgeous eyes of her, in my mind... that's one memory and impression that will never leave my mind

Smells are an entirely different story lol I have a nose like a dog 😂 Just the other day, an older man was walking through a parking lot and was smoking a pipe... cherry scented! Instantly reminded me of my grandpa (how many men smoke pipes nowadays?). Every time I pass a man wearing a certain cologne, flashback! Lol for better or worse.

There's many faces I won't forget but àa good one would be when my friends and I super glued a phone to the cement some dude tried to pick it up, he ended up ripping it off leaving the screen on the concrete, I'll always remember that dude and his bum ways ha

That reminds me of when I visited my cousin's in Milwaukee for a Brewers game! We were "tailgating" and while they were cooking out, they would put a wallet on a fishing pole and toss it into the middle of the parking lot as people walked lol well, a cop was walking by and there were other cops watching him and they screamed, "crab that wallet! Get it out of there!" We thought they were pissed and were gonna lecture us! Turned out, they were waiting to play a trick on one of their friends! 😂😂 That was hilarious! We even had it on film.

Y'all are way too comfortable playing tricks on cops, the cops here aren't that friendly, they are normally walking on egg shells but it doesn't seem people grow up pranking anymore, it kinda sucks ha

They wanted him to grab the wallet, then have us slowly reel him in. The wallet was hooked on a fishing line/pole. You're right, that was like the first prank that had me laughing so hard I actually started choking lol Mainly because it was in public and I thought an innocent prank. Trust me, cops in Milwaukee WI, probably don't like pranks but they can appreciate light-hearted one on occasion.

Those cops were chill then, they took it how it was suppose too, that prank era has to come back tho, it just died off, but I guess people dealing with problems and don't got the happiness to do pranks anymore either that or the braineot nowadays just has people stuck to their screens

I totally get what you're saying, because in the beginning, everyone was laughing when they were "caught" but as the day went on and people were getting drunk, they would become more aggressive and not taking it as a "prank" but to make them look stupid. That's when I told the guys to end it. Not that I had control over them but they do tend to listen.

Well it's a good thing you told them cause knowing dudes they probably would've kept going til they got themselves killed somehow, people can be so unhinged nowadays, sounds like youve had a childhood, I think we are the last generation to have the outside childhood, the rest will be technology and video games

I've worked a lot of customer service and had one customer that I probably won't forget. It was a bad experience overall and one of the first times working in customer service that I felt uncomfortable and a bit scared of a customer. It ended well but I had that feeling that I needed to be prepared how the situation could turn out. I'm not gonna say anything more.

I'm sorry, I've had those experiences too. I waitressed while I was in college and remember customers like that. I had a lot of really kind and sweet customers but I also had customers that were constant problems. I guess I never thought of bad experiences people had with strangers but yes, I've had horrible experiences with strangers that I will never forget. I hope you can think of some positive experiences! Don't let the bad outweigh the good. 😊

Unfortunately bad experiences tend to stay longer in the mind with all sorts of feelings involved but really good memories stay too 😊
