First time I was really sick like 3 times… each was a full 7 days! I was out of work due to running fever each time…
all other years. if I got sick… it was like a day or 2 and it was like once in the fall and once in the spring…
so this yr. I am doing things to stay healthier.

I think that 2024 was a pretty transitional year for me. I retired from my day job and expanded my teaching role. I guess the takeaway from that is that sometimes you have to get out of your comfort zone and try something new.
